is located just 8 miles from Disney World off
Highway 192 on Bass Rd. Outlined below are a
few directions to help you find the Villa.
Directions From
Airport to Our Villa
- Take The South Exit And Follow Signs Kissimmee
Via 417.
- As You Exit Airport And Go Under The Twin
Underpass, Set Your Mileometer To Zero Miles.
- After 3.8 Miles, Turn Right Onto 417 (Sign
Reads 'The Greeneway') Heading South
('Tampa/disney Attractions').
- At 5.3 Miles Pay 1 Usd Toll. Continue On 417 -
Do Not Exit At Exit 11 ('Kissimmee').
- At 13.4 Miles On 417 Pay Another 1 Usd Toll.
Exit 417 At Exit No 6.
- At 15.7 Miles Turn Left Onto 535 South (Right
By The Best Western Buena Vista Suites). After Turn,
Stay In The Right Hand Lane.
- At 17.7 Miles (4th Light) Turn left Onto Highway 192
(Vine Street).After Turn, Stay In Right Hand
Lane.
- After passing Medieval times on your right you will then
approach the Wal Mart superstore also on your right.
At approx. 19 to 20 Miles Turn Right into Bass Rd
(Wal-Mart superstore still on your right).
- Continue approx. 0.5 miles and the entrance of
Bass lakes will be on your right.
- Follow the road (Great Harbor Lane) until you see the end of the cul-de-sac.
- 4456 Great Harbor Lane will be 200 yards on the left.
Directions From
I-4 to Our Villa
- Take Exit 64 Off I-4 And Head East On 192
(Sign Reads Celebration/kissimmee)
- Continue until you see the Wal-Mart Superstore on your right.
- Turn Right into Bass Rd
(Wal-Mart superstore still on your right).
- Continue down approx. 0.5 miles and the entrance of
Bass lakes will be on your right.
(Drive past Eagle Point etc)
- Follow the road (Great Harbor Lane) until you see the end of the cul-de-sac.
- 4456 Great Harbor Lane will be 200 yards on the left.
From The Villa to the Property Management Company
- From the entrance of Bass Lakes Estate turn left. Continue 0.5 miles to Highway 192
(Wal Mart on your left) and turn left onto Highway 192 (Vine Street)
- Continue for approx. 1 to 2 miles. Turn right onto Highway 535
and get into the right hand lane.
- Turn right into Kyngs Heath Road,
then right again into the Poinciana Place Shopping Center.
- The Excel Management and Rentals
office is located on the left.
